Their mission is to make living easier and more affordable by offering a range of subscription-based services, including furniture, window decorations, internet subscription, sustainable appliances, insurance, and more. IGGI's platform also facilitates seamless communication between tenants and landlords, streamlining processes like income verification and maintenance requests.
The challenge
The traditional rental process is fragmented, requiring tenants to navigate multiple steps across different platforms, leading to inefficiencies and delays. Elfi needed a comprehensive digital solution to streamline this experience from start to finish. The platform needed to conduct financial screenings upfront to eliminate ineligible applicants, ensuring only qualified individuals proceed. To simplify property viewings, seamless appointment scheduling was essential, allowing prospective tenants to book viewings at their convenience. After viewing properties, tenants should be able to rank their preferred apartments, enabling landlords to match applicants with suitable units. Additionally, the platform needed to offer tenants the option to subscribe to essential home services, such as furniture, internet, and maintenance, directly within the system. For landlords and service providers, a centralized admin panel was crucial to manage applications, view preferences, and oversee service offerings. Lastly, the platform had to be scalable, with the capability to onboard additional real estate brokers and white-label partners, expanding its reach and market impact.
Our solution
Lizard Global alongside IGGI worked together to develop Elfi - an application that consolidates the entire rental journey, from financial eligibility checks to contract signing. By integrating with Qii for financial verification and a scheduling platform for viewings, the platform ensures an efficient and structured selection process. The admin panel allows real estate managers to match tenants with apartments based on ranked preferences, while also enabling service providers to offer value-added subscriptions.
